The position I wanted is no longer listed on your site. Can I apply anyway?

If a position is no longer listed, then it’s probably been filled. If you think Springs Window Fashions is a good fit for you, please continue to check the website regularly and keep your candidate profile up-to-date so you can easily apply if another position catches your eye.

I’m having trouble uploading my resume. What should I do?

You may want to submit a smaller size file. You can also copy and paste your resume information into your candidate profile.

Can I submit a paper resume?

No, we don’t accept paper applications or printed resumes. All candidates must go through our electronic recruiting process. Please create a candidate profile and include all of the necessary information there.

How do I know if my candidate profile was received?

You should receive an email confirmation within 24 hours if your application was complete. If you haven't received this, you may want to check your spam folder.

I submitted my resume. When will I hear from you?

If we’re interested in talking with you further, we’ll call or email to set up an interview. Unfortunately, we can't personally contact everyone due to the number of applications we typically receive for each open position.

I need a work permit to work in the United States. Will you sponsor me?

Each case is reviewed individually, but we do normally offer assistance to eligible workers seeking a TN or H-1B visa.

Does Springs Window Fashions assist with relocation?

That depends on the level and type of position. It’s a good thing to ask about during your interview.
